Nothing happens to an order that you cannot see.
Redavo works inside your shared mailbox and your Monitor. Every step it takes is visible, reversible, and logged, and it never writes anything it has not read back.
Mailbox access
Redavo connects to the shared order mailbox in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace with the narrowest scope the platform allows. Access starts read-only. Sending replies is turned on by you, later, and can be turned off or revoked at any time.
Your data
Data is hosted in the EU and isolated per customer. Traffic is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your emails and documents are never used to train models. Retention, subprocessors, locations, and deletion are set out in the pilot agreement and data processing agreement.
How Redavo decides
Every field Redavo extracts must point to the exact place in the email or the PDF it came from. Output must match a fixed structure. Missing evidence, an unknown article number, a price that differs from the price list, or low confidence all stop the order and put one question in front of a person.
Writes to Monitor
A sales order is created only after a person presses Create, or for customers you have set to Automatic. Each write carries an idempotency key so a retry can never create a second order. After every write, Redavo reads the saved order back from Monitor and compares it field by field before the customer is told.
Replies to customers
Confirmations go in the customer's own thread with the Monitor order confirmation attached. Nothing is sent until a person presses Send, unless the customer is set to Automatic. Duplicates and messages that are not orders never trigger a reply on their own.
Audit trail
Everything Redavo did and everything a person approved is recorded with the time and shown in the Activity view. Exports contain summaries and receipts, not raw message bodies.

Each pilot runs under a signed agreement and a data processing agreement. Ask us for the current status of formal certification work and for our subprocessor list.
